Biography:
L.O.R.D Funk (aka) Charles Taylor Sr., was born in Greenville, Mississippi in 1951. At the age of four years old, Charles moved with his family to Chicago, Illinois. He began playing music at the age of ten years and made his first public appearance on stage with Junior Wells at the age of thirteen. Music sparked his interest from that point on. Not only has Charles become an important part of the Blues scene throughout Chicago and abroad, but he has toured extensively and played with many musicians in all genres. To date, Charles has toured, played and jammed with the following well-known artists:
