Etno Eclectico Trio
EE3, Etno Eclectico Trio is the union of three Venezuelan musicians, each with an independent project from the State of Zulia who pay tribute to our indigenous and African roots fused with electronic music. EE3 consists of Enrique Rincón of @eCanaan_ project; José Paris and its proposal jjParis @joseparismusic and Carlos Conde ofWASHE @cubho.
EE3 walks through the musical traditions of our indigenous and Afro-Venezuelan communities, bringing their cultural wealth infusing it with contemporary elements without changing its base. Sounds originating from indigenous communities like the Wayuu, Ye'kuana, Piaroa, Jiwi, Warekena, Kurripaco, among others, complement the musical approach of these 3 true lovers of our native music.
EE3 was born following a proposal by Enrique Rincon to Carlos Conde and Jose Paris to join forces, creations and skills together to promote their personal projects by giving them a particular EE3 being reinterpreted by rotation. After several conversations, listening sessions and music muenas dose trials, we managed an interesting, emotional and colorful visual sonic amalgam beyond what we had planned! Our first and only concert so far exceeded our and the public’s expectations…much so ("... an impeccable Concert. Excellent music, fusion and ethnic instruments plus the entire staging with the screens and artwork. A show without waste" in the words of the Director of Culture of the Venezuelan-American Center of Zulia, Liliana Blanco) that immediately after the concert they were offered a 2nd presentation that will take place on December.
EE3 wants to take this new Venezuelan musical experience to all corners of the country, including places that traditionally are not visited. We believe (and is scientifically proven) that music is a wonderful bridge of communication between people. Once you have submitted this project sufficiently in Venezuela, we should take the enormous richness of sound racial Venezuela to other countries in Latin America and the world.
