For as long as she can recall, this born and raised Calgarian has had a love for singing. From a young age, Justine was putting on shows and assembling friends to form bands, and various girl groups.
"I am thankful that everyone around me humoured me the way they did- another spice girls song and my family might have gone crazy" , Justine laughs- recalling the various performance nights in her household.
As time went on, it became very clear that music would become far more than a hobby, but a defining part of who she is.
Fast forward nearly 17 years later, as this Canadian artist rapidly makes her mark on the music scene, with her soulful-bluesy sound and memerable performances.
Her sound is unique and refined- pulling influenece from the classic era of Delta Blues, Soul, and Du-wop with a modern R&B flare.
In 2008, Justine appeared on the hit TV Series, Canadian Idol.
" Experiencing Canadian Idol was a big moment for me", Justine explains - as she recounts her experience with the show.
"Not because I did perfectly. Not because I made it to the finals... but because I didn't. ". The then 17 year old was honoured to advanced as one of the city's top 120 , but when her journey ended there- it served as a learning curve for the years to come. "It was a sensational learning experience, and sky-rocketed me into discovering my own sound as an artist. It gave me so much to run with, and helped point me in the right direction".
Justine has since showcased her soulful sound at various events, benifits and showcases, throughout Alberta.

Justine is excited to announce her collaboration with some of Canada's finest musicians, forming her notable accoustic duo and full band. Working closely with guitarist and co-writer Taylor Cullen, the pair are hard at work on the release of new singles and the 2014 debut Album.
The pair have recieved rave reviews for thier full, engertic and bluesy sound - packing a big punch, leaving audiences wanting more.
When accompanied by her exceptional full band, Justine is joined by Juno Award winning drummer - Sam Downey , Former Ray Charles Bass player and founder of the Ray Charles Tribute Orchestra - John Gray, as well as duo-guitarist Taylor Cullen.
